Jennifer Hughes
Director of Human Resources
Jennifer has over ten years of experience in staffing and human resources roles. She graduated from Baker University with a bachelor's of business administration, with an emphasis in human resources.
Jennifer has been recognized by the Wichita Business Journal as an Inaugural Emerging Leadership Recipient (2015) and Inaugural Human Resources Honoree (2013). She has also served as a board member for Workforce Alliance, Special Olympics Kansas, and the Laughing Feet Performers. In addition to these roles, she has shown a passion for helping youth in her volunteer commitments to Youth Entrepreneurs and Youth Employment.
