From January through June of 2010, the WSU Current Conditions Index was on an upward trend, gaining 3.5 percent. However, July through November the Index declined 3.9 percent, bringing it down to 86.4, the lowest it’s been since the Index’s inception. Five of the six indicators deteriorated from October to November. Only seasonally adjusted home sales showed improvement, increasing 8.2 percent.
