From February to March, the WSU Current Conditions Index and the Leading Index remained stable. Both indices decreased from a year earlier, with the Current Conditions Index dropping 0.2 percent and the Leading Index dropping 0.5 percent from March 2013 to March 2014. In addition, the Leading Index is forecasting a small increase in economic activity over the next six months.
