  • Assembling a workforce – Research staff at CEDBR will provide detailed trend information about the labor market, productivity, and wages. In addition, an analysis of the labor gap and skills will provide insight into how the market will adapt to future demand and highlight areas with suitable skills and knowledge critical to the manufacturing industry.
  • Export/import vulnerability – Global interconnectedness during heightened tensions with Russia and China could impose risks on Kansas firms. Kansas-specific international trade data will be highlighted to show the current dependency on the global marketplace.
